Installation, operation and hardware & software support of all small category (PC), medium category (server) and related equipment
Installation, operation and hardware & software support of all banking equipment
Installation & operation of and support for infrastructural equipment of server rooms and communication channels
Offering ICT consultation and related training Therefore, the main operational procedures of IT experts at the head office and provincial branches can be classified as follows:
Installation & operation of and support for small category (PC) hardware equipment and related equipment
Installation & operation of and support for medium category (server) hardware and related equipment
Installation & operation of and support for LAN and server room infrastructural equipment
Installation & operation of and support for software used in working terminals

Support for data centers, storage and data backup
Support for organizational communication services
Installation, operation of and support for CCTV
